Referral Finder’s Fee

Integral Actuarial does not contact candidates and clients looking for free referrals. We still appreciate when you send us a skilled candidate or refer us to a client with needs and will pay a Finder’s Fee to anyone who helps us add to our success.

Refer candidates to us whose we successfully place with one of our retainer based Client-Employers and you will earn 15% of the fee paid to us.

If you refer a Client-Employer with staffing needs to us that results in a successful placement, you will earning 15% of the fee paid by the Client-Employer to Integral Actuarial.

As a tenacious and dynamic talent consultant, he is passionate about working with professionals in the Actuarial, Data Analytics and Risk fields, and prides himself on working diligently to provide his clients a service and detail oriented approach to find their ideal candidate.

Paul is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with a Master’s in Management Analytics from Queen’s University and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.  He volunteers with the Society of Actuaries, serves on the executive board of the Actuarial Club of Toronto, and hosts podcasts in his free time which can be found on Youtube and Vimeo www.vimeo.com/positivitywithpaul

During the prior 8 years, Paul worked with leading US and Canadian international consulting firms and banks.  Responsibilities included current and emerging financial reporting standards, product development and pricing, audit and external review, valuation, model validation and data management solutions.
